“We need an ipad app that will help our in-store beauty consultants to introduce Dior CRM Program to their customer.”
The Dior CRM program does not only consist of a classic relationship program with gifts and VIP events, it is not either a text learnt by heart and repeated to the customer.
Yet it is a presentation with key ideas and features to talk about, with the Beauty Consultant engaging interactions with the customer. This is why we needed an application that would let the BC lead her own speech while giving her a clear path to what to emphasize in the program.
Being used by many around the world with a wide range of technology knowledge, the app had to be as simple as possible.
It works like a swipeable timeline to allow the beauty consultant to perform her speech while controlling the time she wants to spend on each part. If she wants to go deeper in the subject she can swipe up and down to show more content.
